All fundraising campaigns displayed on OurHopeCare.com are created and managed solely by the OurHopeCare team. Users, including donors, are not allowed to create or submit their own campaigns.
3. General Usage Terms
- Users are not required to create an account.
- Users must declare that they are legally competent and responsible for any negligence or violation of these terms.
- Users must provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information.
- Users must comply with all the terms and policies set by the site administrators.
- Users must review the details of each campaign before making any donation or support decision.
4. Donation Terms
- There is no minimum or maximum donation limit.
- Donations are non-refundable once successfully processed, except if there is a failure during payment via the payment gateway.
5. Platform Fee & Optional Tip
- A 4% deduction from each donation is applied to support the development and operations of OurHopeCare.
- Users may optionally provide a tip to the volunteers on the donation page. This tip is not mandatory and can be skipped.
6. Donation Distribution & Reports
- Donations will be collected by the platform and distributed in stages as per an agreement between the platform and the recipients.
- Donors who submit their email will receive donation distribution reports via email.
7. User Responsibilities
- Be legally competent to take responsibility for their actions.
- Provide truthful and accurate information.
- Comply with the terms and policies of this website.
- Review all information about any fundraising campaign before donating.
8. Prohibited Content & Activities
The following are not allowed on OurHopeCare:
- Sexually explicit material or pornography
- Adult services or products
- Content related to hate groups or terrorism
- Drug abuse or paraphernalia
- Pyramid schemes or "get-rich-quick" programs
- Gambling, betting, raffles, or sweepstakes
- Hateful or violent language
- False, misleading, or dishonest statements
- Funding or promoting violence, treason, suicide, or assassination
- Sale or exchange of weapons or explosives
- Campaigns supporting militia, gangs, or rebel groups
9. Reporting a Campaign

10. Limitation of Liability
OurHopeCare carefully curates and verifies all campaigns before they are published on the platform. However, OurHopeCare shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disputes that may arise after donations are made, including but not limited to miscommunication, delayed distributions, or dissatisfaction with the outcomes of the donation. OurHopeCare acts as a facilitator and manages the donation process in good faith and with transparency.
